Wooden or metal skewersif using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
