  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon lemon extract
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles or white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
