Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Lightly butter a 9-inch round baking dish.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, eggs, lemon juice & zest, flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Step 4: Gently fold in the blackberries.
Step 5: Pour the batter into the buttered baking dish.
Step 6: Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Step 7: Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with candied lemon slices if desired.
