Ingredients

  • 32 oz. plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works wonderfully for extra creaminess)
  • 1 large package sugar-free Jello (your choice of flavor, such as strawberry, raspberry, or lime)
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (graham cracker or almond flour crust for a gluten-free option)
  • to taste fresh fruit (for topping, such as strawberries, blueberries, or kiwi)

Instructions

Instructions

  • Start by preparing your pie crust according to package instructions or your favorite recipe. If using a pre-made crust, simply place it in your pie dish and set it aside while you prepare the filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of boiling water to the large package of sugar-free Jello. Whisk until the Jello is completely dissolved. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Once the Jello mixture has cooled, add the 32 oz. of plain yogurt to the bowl. Using a whisk or electric mixer, blend the yogurt and Jello together until smooth and creamy. The mixture should be well combined without any lumps.
  • Carefully pour the yogurt and Jello mixture into your prepared pie crust. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, ensuring a smooth top.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Allow it to chill for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is set. For best results, let it chill overnight.
  • Once set, remove the pie from the refrigerator. If desired, top with fresh fruit for added color and flavor. Slice and serve chilled, and watch your guests delight in this refreshing treat!
