Ingredients

  • 5 cups Ice Cream Pebbles Rainbow Sorbet or rice krispies cereal
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package mini marshmallows (10 oz, preferably Fun-Mallows from Kraft)

Instructions

  • Start by greasing your 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
  • Once the butter has melted, add the entire package of mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat and add 5 cups of Ice Cream Pebbles or rice krispies cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly with a spatula or greased hands.
  • Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve.
