Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the Italian or pizza seasoning over the sauce.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, provolone, and cheddar cheeses evenly over the sauce, followed by the sliced pepperoni and chopped fresh basil.
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up into a tight log. Pinch the seams to seal it.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces, about 12-14 rolls, and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well mixed.
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the top while they’re still warm.
Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional fresh basil if desired.
