  • 1 whole lemon quartered
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
  • Chili flakes a dash for heat (optional)

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese about 8 ounces
  • 3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • Black pepper to taste
