Ingredients

  • 3 cups fruit Choose from strawberries, peaches, mangoes, or any fruit you love.
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey Adjust according to your taste.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Fruit - Wash and chop your chosen fruit. If using fruits with skins, peel them first.
  • Step 2: Blend the Ingredients - Combine the chopped fruit, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3: Spread the Mixture - Preheat oven to 170°F. Line baking sheet with parchment and pour fruit mixture onto it, spreading evenly.
  • Step 4: Dry the Fruit Puree - Place in oven and dry for 6 to 8 hours until not sticky and leathery.
  • Step 5: Cut and Store - Once dried, cool, peel off parchment, cut into strips, and store in an airtight container.
