Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 box bow tie pasta

Vegetables

  • 4-6 oz feta cheese
  • 1 small carton grape tomatoes
  • ½ each English cucumber
  • ¼ each purple onion
  • 1 cup sliced and pitted kalamata olives

Seasonings

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bottle Greek salad dressing

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the Pasta - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables - Slice the grape tomatoes in half, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the onion.
  • Step 3: Combine Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives. Crumble feta over the top and add salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Step 4: Dress the Salad - Pour the Greek salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  • Step 5: Chill and Serve - Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
