Directions:

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your banana is peeled and frozen for optimal texture. Scramble and cool the egg beforehand to incorporate it easily into the smoothie.
  • In your blender, combine the frozen banana, fresh blueberries, and frozen red grapes.
  • Pour in the almond milk and orange juice.
  • Add the scrambled egg and protein powder (if using) to the blender.
  • Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon.
  • Add the ice cubes into the mixture and blend everything until smooth.
