Ingredients

Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

Bacon

  • 10 slices Bacon, finely chopped

Coating

  • 4 oz Salted Almonds, chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1: Gather all ingredients. Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • Step 2: In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and crispy bacon. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  • Step 4: Scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture, roll into a ball, and place on a serving plate. Repeat until all are formed.
  • Step 5: Roll each cheese ball in chopped almonds until well-coated.
  • Step 6: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
