Frosting Ingredients

  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Step 4: Add the egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the mixture and mix until well combined.
