Ingredients

  • 11 ounces canned corn kernels (drained; 1 can)
  • 10 ounces RoTel (drained; 1 can; any type works)
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade; 1 packet)

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the 16 ounces of sour cream.
  • Next, sprinkle in 1 cup of freshly shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add the drained 11 ounces of canned corn kernels to the mixture.
  • Add the 10 ounces of drained RoTel.
  • Sprinkle in 1 ounce of ranch seasoning.
  • Using a spatula or spoon, gently mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
