Ingredients

For the Bread:

  • 1 12-oz can flaky buttermilk biscuits (Grands Jr. 10-count)
  • 5 Tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

Preparation Steps:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures the skillet is hot enough to create that perfect crust.
  • Step 2: Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in your skillet over medium heat. Make sure the butter coats the bottom evenly to prevent sticking.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining melted butter, Greek seasoning, and crumbled feta cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  • Step 4: Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. This will help them bake evenly and absorb the flavors.
  • Step 5: Add the biscuit pieces to the bowl with the feta mixture. Gently toss until all pieces are coated.
  • Step 6: Transfer the coated biscuit pieces to the skillet. Arrange them evenly, ensuring they are close together but not overcrowded.
  • Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
  • Step 8: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, and enjoy the delightful flavors of your Feta Skillet Bread!
