Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Dish - Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Step 2: Combine Sugar, Butter, and Eggnog - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and eggnog. Stir continuously over medium heat until dissolved and melted (4-5 minutes).
  • Step 3: Bring to a Boil - Increase heat to bring the mixture to a gentle boil for 4-5 minutes until it reaches soft ball stage (234°F).
  • Step 4: Add Nutmeg and White Chocolate - Remove from heat, stir in nutmeg and chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  • Step 5: Fold in Marshmallow Cream and Vanilla - Add marshmallow cream and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  • Step 6: Pour and Set - Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Step 7: Chill - Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set, then lift out and cut into squares.
