Ingredients

Egg Salad Ingredients

  • 8 pieces hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 8 pieces mini hamburger buns or brioche buns sliced in half

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Hard-Boiled Eggs. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  • Step 2: Peel and Chop the Eggs. Once cool, peel the eggs under running water and chop them into small pieces.
  • Step 3: Mix the Egg Salad. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and pickle relish. Fold gently to combine.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Sliders. Spoon the egg salad onto the bottom half of each bun and place the top half on each slider.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy. Arrange sliders on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
