Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix everything together until the oats are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
