Ingredients

  • 100 ml coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp carob powder
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup or honey if children are over one year old

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the coconut oil until it becomes liquid. Be careful not to overheat it; you want it just melted.
  • Once the coconut oil is melted, add the carob powder and agave or maple syrup. Whisk together until you achieve a smooth, lump-free mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. You can use a silicone mold for fun shapes or simply a small glass dish for easy cutting later.
  • Place the container in the freezer and let the fudge set for at least 1-2 hours or until completely firm.
  • Once the fudge is set, remove it from the freezer and cut it into squares or desired shapes. Store the fudge in an airtight container in the freezer for future snacking!
