Carrots

  • 0.5 lb Carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices or sticks
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • Start by washing and peeling your carrots. Cut them into thin slices or sticks.
  • In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar over the sautéed carrots and stir to coat. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and stir to combine.
  • Continue cooking until the carrots are nicely coated and the sauce has thickened to your liking.
