Instructions
Start by washing and peeling your carrots. Cut them into thin slices or sticks.
In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the sautéed carrots and stir to coat. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and stir to combine.
Continue cooking until the carrots are nicely coated and the sauce has thickened to your liking.
Transfer the glazed carrots to a serving dish and drizzle with the sauce. Serve hot.
