Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped, diced
  • 1 cup Clean Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients. Make sure your avocado is perfectly ripe for the best flavor and texture.
  • In a food processor, combine the ripe avocado, baby spinach, minced garlic, and red onion. Pulse until the mixture is mostly smooth, but still has a bit of texture.
  • Add the Clean Mayo and freshly squeezed lime juice to the food processor. Blend again until everything is well combined and creamy.
  • Sprinkle in the crushed red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and black pepper. Pulse a few more times to mix the seasonings evenly throughout the dip.
  • Taste your dip and add more lime juice or seasonings according to your preference. Blend again if necessary.
  • Transfer the Creamy Avocado & Spinach Dip to a serving bowl. Serve it immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
