Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Wash your sweet apple thoroughly, core and chop it into smaller pieces.
Step 2: Measure the Liquid - Pour 1 cup of your chosen soy milk into a measuring cup.
Step 3: Add Nut Butter - Spoon 1 tablespoon of almond butter or tahini into the blender.
Step 4: Spice It Up - Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
Step 5: Sweeten Naturally - Add the 2 pitted Medjool dates to the blender.
Step 6: Blend Until Smooth - Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
