  • Step 3: Add Nut Butter - Spoon 1 tablespoon of almond butter or tahini into the blender.
  • Step 4: Spice It Up - Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
  • Step 5: Sweeten Naturally - Add the 2 pitted Medjool dates to the blender.
