Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 7 ounces marshmallow crème
  • 1 heaping cup thawed Cool Whip
  • 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese. Using an electric mixer, beat until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the pure vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Add the marshmallow crème to the mixture, blending it in gently.
  • Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is well combined.
  • If you’re feeling adventurous, drizzle in the maraschino cherry juice for a hint of cherry flavor.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
