Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Roll out the refrigerated pie crusts on a lightly floured surface and cut out circles about 3 inches in diameter.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the chive and onion cream cheese spread with the goat cheese chevre. Mash until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Place a spoonful of the cheese filling in the center of each pie crust circle. Top with cranberry sauce and walnuts.
Step 5: Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and crimp the edges to seal.
