  • 1.5 cups Pecan halves Fisher Nuts
  • 1 cup Unsweetened coconut shredded or flaked
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Fine salt
  • 0.5 cup Light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil melted
  • 1 cup Dried blueberries

  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pecan halves, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the light brown sugar, honey, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  • Step 4: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Step 5: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture evenly.
  • Step 6: Bake for about 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
  • Step 7: Once golden brown, let it cool for 10 minutes, then stir in the dried blueberries.
  • Step 8: Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
