Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, place the room-temperature unsalted butter. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the butter until it’s light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar to the creamed butter. Beat on low speed to prevent a sugar cloud, then increase to medium speed until smooth.
  • Add the honey and cinnamon to the bowl. Continue mixing until well blended and the Cinnamon Butter has a uniform color and texture. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
