Ingredients

For the Monkey Bread:

  • 1 package Grands! Biscuits (8-count, Homestyle Buttermilk)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon divided
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips plus 32 chocolate chips, divided
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Start by gathering all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking.
  • Step 2: Mix Sugar and Cinnamon - In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Step 3: Cut the Biscuits - Open the package of Grands! biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Step 4: Create the Chocolate-Peanut Butter Filling - In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon until well combined. Fold in 32 chocolate chips.
  • Step 5: Assemble the Loaf - Take a piece of biscuit dough, flatten it slightly, and place about a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture in the center. Fold the edges around the filling and shape it into a ball.
  • Step 6: Coat the Dough Balls - In a large bowl, toss the formed dough balls in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until well coated.
  • Step 7: Layer in the Loaf Pan - Drizzle the melted butter in the bottom of your loaf pan. Begin layering the coated dough balls in the pan.
  • Step 8: Bake - Sprinkle any remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 9: Cool and Serve - Allow the monkey bread loaf to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
