  • 20 cookies Nutter Butter Cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted

For the Fudge:

  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

Preparation Steps:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Crust - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, crush the Nutter Butter cookies until they are fine crumbs. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Step 2: Form the Crust - Press the cookie mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  • Step 3: Melt the Chocolate - In a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Heat gently, stirring frequently, until everything is melted and smooth.
  • Step 4: Add Peanut Butter Chips - Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, fold in the peanut butter chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge.
  • Step 5: Assemble the Fudge - Pour the chocolate fudge mixture over the cooled Nutter Butter crust. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  • Step 6: Chill and Set - Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it is completely set. Cut into squares and serve!
