Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Cream the butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar on low speed. Start with 3 cups of powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  • If the frosting is too soft, add more powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached.
  • Fold in the milk chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
  • Taste the frosting and adjust sweetness with more powdered sugar if necessary.
