Instructions
Cream the butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the vanilla extract and mix for an additional 30 seconds.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar on low speed. Start with 3 cups of powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
If the frosting is too soft, add more powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached.
Fold in the milk chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
Taste the frosting and adjust sweetness with more powdered sugar if necessary.
