Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup Ground flax seed
  • cup Sweetened coconut flakes

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup Almond butter Use natural almond butter for best flavor.
  • cup Honey Can substitute with maple syrup or agave nectar.
  • ½ cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace - Gather all your ingredients and tools including a mixing bowl, measuring cups, and a spatula.
  • Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients - In a mixing bowl, combine the old fashioned oats, ground flax seed, and sweetened coconut flakes. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients - Add almond butter and honey to the dry mixture. Mix until fully integrated.
  • Step 4: Fold in the Chocolate Chips - Carefully fold in the mini chocolate chips to the mixture.
  • Step 5: Chill the Mixture - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  • Step 6: Roll into Bites - Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all mixture is used.
