1/4cupcherry juicefrom jar of cherries
1 1/4cupspowdered sugar
1/4cupMorello cherrieschopped
1/4cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened Neufchâtel cheese and softened unsalted butter. Using an electric mixer, beat them together until creamy and smooth.
Add in the vanilla extract and cherry juice. Continue mixing until well combined.
Gradually sift in the powdered sugar, continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chopped Morello cherries and mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
Transfer the dip to your serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
