Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Neufchâtel cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice from jar of cherries
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Morello cherries chopped
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the softened Neufchâtel cheese and softened unsalted butter. Using an electric mixer, beat them together until creamy and smooth.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and cherry juice. Continue mixing until well combined.
  • Gradually sift in the powdered sugar, continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the chopped Morello cherries and mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
  • Transfer the dip to your serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
