  • 4 pieces store-bought kaiser rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 large clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

  • Step 1: Prepare the Rolls. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice each roll into quarters without cutting all the way through the bottom.
  • Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Mixture. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, grated garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until combined.
  • Step 3: Add Cheese. Fold in grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese into the butter mixture.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Bread. Coat the sliced rolls with the garlic butter and cheese mixture. Place rolls in the baking dish.
