Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a medium pot, add the chicken breasts and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Shred the chicken.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, melted butter, and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Grease a muffin tin. Press wonton wrappers into the molds to form cups. Fill each cup with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with mozzarella and blue cheese.
Step 4: Bake for 15-20 minutes until wontons are crispy and cheese is melted. Watch closely to avoid burning.
