2TbspDijon mustard

½lbHavarti cheese, cut into ½” cubes

Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, egg, grated Parmesan, quick oats, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Take a small amount of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a cube of Havarti cheese in the center, and shape it into a ball. Repeat until all meat mixture is used.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Step 4: Pour pasta sauce over the meatballs, cover, and let simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5: Serve the meatballs with sauce in bowls, optionally with crusty bread or a side salad.
