  • 4 oz Mozzarella Pearls
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • Step 1: Wash the grape tomatoes thoroughly under cool water, dry them, cut in half, and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Step 2: Add the mozzarella pearls to the bowl. If preferred, chop them into quarters.
  • Step 3: Chop the fresh basil and red onion, then add them to the bowl.
  • Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then pour over the salsa ingredients and toss gently.
  • Step 5: Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving for the best flavor. Serve with tortilla chips or over grilled chicken.
