Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo pasta shells and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent sticking. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices and sauce.
  • Add ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses to the chicken mixture. Stir gently until everything is well combined and creamy.
  • Using a spoon or small spatula, carefully fill each cooked pasta shell with the buffalo chicken and cheese mixture. Place stuffed shells seam side up in a 9x13-inch baking dish, arranging them snugly.
  • Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, making sure they are well covered.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for a fresh burst of flavor and color. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time and add flavor.
