  • 20 rolls Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls Defrosted but not yet risen
  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • 0.5 cup Creamy buffalo ranch sauce Use your favorite brand
  • 1 cup Pepper jack cheese, shredded Can substitute with mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic parmesan seasoning blend Use your favorite brand

Instructions

  • Step 1: Mix shredded cooked chicken with buffalo ranch sauce in a large bowl until well coated.
  • Step 2: Defrost Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls according to package instructions and lay them out on a clean surface.
  • Step 3: Cut each roll in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Step 4: Spoon buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom halves and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Step 5: Place the top halves of the rolls over the chicken and cheese layer.
  • Step 6: Mix melted butter with garlic parmesan seasoning and brush over the top of the rolls.
  • Step 7: Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 8: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 9: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with extra buffalo ranch sauce on the side.
