  • 8 oz Cream cheese At room temperature
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ¼ tsp Garlic salt

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the diced bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, reserving half for rolling.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic salt, and half of the crumbled bacon. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 3: Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape and place on a plate lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 4: Roll the cheeseball in the reserved crumbled bacon, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Step 5: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with crackers and vegetables.
