  • 4 tablespoons Butter ½ stick of butter
  • 2 cups Fresh Cut Pineapple
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop. Slice the pineapple into small, bite-sized chunks.
  • Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat until bubbly and fragrant.
  • Add the fresh-cut pineapple to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it starts to soften.
  • Sprinkle in the brown sugar and add the lime juice. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and the pineapple is caramelized.
  • Scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl or sundae glass and top with the warm caramelized pineapple mixture.
  • Serve immediately while the pineapple is warm and the ice cream is cold.
