  • 3 pounds chicken wings Split and tips removed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven’s broiler. Place your oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. If using, place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
  • Step 3: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until mixed.
  • Step 4: Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
  • Step 5: Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack.
  • Step 6: Broil for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Step 7: Once cooked, let wings rest for a few minutes, then serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
