Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14-ounce) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 container (8-ounce) Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup Pound Cake Cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Chocolate Ganache Made from dairy-free chocolate if needed
  • 1 cup Pastry Cream

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Ganache. Combine equal parts of dairy-free chocolate and heavy cream, then heat until melted and smooth. Allow to cool.
  • Step 2: Make the Pastry Cream. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and cornstarch, whisking over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla, then cool completely.
  • Step 3: Combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk and Whipped Topping. In a large mixing bowl, fold together until smooth.
  • Step 4: Incorporate the Pastry Cream. Gently fold the cooled pastry cream into the mixture without deflating the whipped topping.
  • Step 5: Add the Pound Cake and Ganache. Fold in the cubed pound cake and drizzle in the chocolate ganache, creating swirls.
  • Step 6: Freeze. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
