Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  • In your mason jar or mixing bowl, add 1 cup of rolled oats and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Pour in 2 cups of almond milk, then stir in 1/4 cup almond butter. Warm almond butter slightly to loosen it if needed.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir everything until well combined and creamy.
  • Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries, reserving a few to sprinkle on top before serving.
  • Seal your jar or container tightly and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, sprinkle 1/4 cup sliced almonds over the top for a satisfying crunch.

Equipment

  • Mason jar or airtight container
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon or spatula

Notes

  • Adjust almond milk quantity to get your preferred oats consistency in the morning.
  • Use fresh blueberries to keep some texture; frozen berries may make the oats more watery.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
