  • 6 cups fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Wash the fresh berries thoroughly and pat them dry. Hull and slice strawberries if using.
  • Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Dressing - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and lemon curd. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 3: Combine the Mixtures - Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
