  • 1 pound flank steak Thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 onions Thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked white rice

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Thinly slice the onions and mince the garlic. Rinse the snow peas under cold water and set aside.
  • Step 2: Heat the Oil - In your wok or large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Step 3: Cook the Flank Steak - Add the sliced flank steak to the hot oil in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes until browned, then flip and brown the other side. Remove and set aside.
  • Step 4: Sauté the Aromatics - In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sliced onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  • Step 5: Add the Vegetables - Toss in the snow peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  • Step 6: Combine Everything - Return the cooked beef to the pan and add the beef stock and soy sauce. Stir to coat and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 7: Serve - Once heated through and well combined, serve the Beef Stir Fry over cooked white rice.
