Ingredients

Beef

  • 1.5 lbs skirt steak or eye of round

Vegetables

  • 0.5 large red bell pepper, cut into thin pieces
  • 0.5 large yellow bell pepper, cut into thin pieces
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into thin pieces
  • 1 large yellow onion, cut into thin pieces

Other Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Meat. Start by selecting your beef cut. Slice the meat against the grain into thin strips.
  • Step 2: Marinate the Beef. Combine the beef strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other spices you prefer. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
