Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade - In a food processor, combine the fresh basil leaves, lime juice, minced garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, parmesan cheese, sea salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Marinate the Shrimp - In a large bowl, place the peeled and deveined shrimp. Pour the basil pesto over the shrimp, mixing well to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: Assemble the Skewers - Thread about 5 shrimp onto each wooden skewer, leaving space between each shrimp.
