Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon Fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise adds moisture and richness
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning for a zesty kick
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for color and freshness
  • 1.5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese for cheesy flavor
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs for crunchy texture

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper seasoning, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
