Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 16-18 ounces pre-cooked polenta (any flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). A hot oven is key to achieving that golden-brown crispiness.
  • Step 2: Take your pre-cooked polenta out of its packaging. If it’s in a tube, slice it into ½-inch thick fries. If it’s in a block, cut it into strips.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed. Add the polenta fries and gently toss to coat.
  • Step 4: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper if desired. Spread the seasoned polenta fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Step 5: Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Flip halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Step 6: Once baked, let the fries cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
