Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Grease your donut pan with cooking spray or a little oil.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrot cake mix with the egg, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and water. Stir until smooth.
Step 4: Fill each donut mold about ¾ full with the batter.
Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6: Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Step 7: For the glaze, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a splash of milk until smooth, then drizzle over cooled donuts.
