Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 box Carrot Cake Mix (15.25 ounces)

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup Buttermilk
  • ¾ cup Water

Cream Cheese Glaze (Optional)

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 splash Milk to achieve desired consistency

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Grease your donut pan with cooking spray or a little oil.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrot cake mix with the egg, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and water. Stir until smooth.
  • Step 4: Fill each donut mold about ¾ full with the batter.
  • Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step 6: Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Step 7: For the glaze, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a splash of milk until smooth, then drizzle over cooled donuts.
