  • 8 pieces Medjool dates, pitted
  • ¾ cup Hot water
  • 2 small Avocados, peeled and pitted
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Vanilla cashewmilk
  • ¼ cup Honey

Instructions

  • Step 1: Soak the Dates - Start by placing the pitted Medjool dates into a bowl. Pour the hot water over the dates and let them soak for about 10 minutes, until they soften.
  • Step 2: Blend the Ingredients - In a high-speed blender, add the soaked dates (along with the soaking water), avocados, cocoa powder, cashewmilk, and honey. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Step 3: Taste and Adjust - Once blended, taste the mixture and add more honey if needed, blending again to incorporate.
  • Step 4: Pour Into Molds - Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  • Step 5: Freeze - Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Step 6: Enjoy! - Once frozen solid, remove the fudgesicles from the molds and enjoy!

Notes
