Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Pie Crust - Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
Step 3: Sauté the Vegetables - Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions, and sauté until translucent. Add garlic and asparagus, cooking until tender.
Step 4: Whisk the Egg Mixture - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
